Description:
This course will present the background and history of public health preparedness, federal public health preparedness programs and resources, and who participates in a federal response to public health emergencies. The course should take approximately 40 minutes to complete.

- Describe the key features of the national Laboratory Response Network
- Identify the federal agencies responsible for coordinating the response to a public health threat
