This training offered by the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health provides an overview of federal public health surveillance; primarily the role of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in national surveillance programs and includes examples of federal surveillance systems, and some examples that illustrate the basic tenets of surveillance data analysis.
